Elizabeth Ministry

The Elizabeth Ministry is a parish-based outreach to women in special times of motherhood. Elizabeth Ministers mentor women, offering companionship, encouragement, and prayers in personal visits and telephone contacts. Mentors give support to pregnant women and women caring for a newborn and those who are dealing with infertility, reach out to women who miscarry or experience a child's death, celebrate a new arrival with families, respond at times of infant and child crisis, assist parents involved in the adoptive process, offer support and encouragement to grandparents during their child's childbearing years, welcome young families. Our group sponsors a fundraiser to help women in need.
