The Committee serves to promote and enhance the value of all human life, particularly the most vulnerable by educating and organizing the parishioners to be an effective voice for this purpose. It promotes pro-life awareness and involvement with the Poster/Essay Contest among religious education students, the Mother's Day Baby Shower, and the Christmas Giving Tree. Parishioners are encouraged to take a stand through alerts of pro-life legislation and activities such as Life Chain, March for Life, and Rally for Life and the National Night of Prayer for Life by praying the rosary (December 8.) Future plans include establishing a library, pro-life presentations to religious education students and at Mass or other meetings and legislative update
